2019 Health Plan Renewal Information

Open enrollment for 2019 individual health insurance is almost here! For 2018 Friday Health Plans members, renewing your health plan is easy.

Almost all of Friday’s 2018 health plans will be automatically renewed for January 2019. All you must do to continue your plan in 2019 is pay the new monthly premium. You should receive a letter from Friday Health Plans or Connect for Health with your new monthly premium.

You can also call Friday Health Plans, Connect for Health or your broker (depending on how you bought your 2018 plan) to get the new rate or to shop for a new plan.

HOW TO PAY YOUR JANUARY PREMIUM

If you’re a 2018 member already enrolled in Friday’s online AutoPay:

Your credit card or bank account on file will be automatically charged December 20 for your January 2019 premium. If you would like to use an alternative form of payment, please call us before December 15.

To make a credit card payment:

Please call customer service at 800-475-8466. In January, you can sign up for online autopay when Friday’s new member portal is launched. More information to come soon!

To pay by check:

Mail your check with your Member ID number on the check, payable to Friday Health Plans of Colorado, Attention: Billing & Enrollment, 700 Main St. Suite 100, Alamosa, CO 81101

It’s a good idea to review changes to your benefits, check to confirm that your health care providers are in the plan’s network and confirm any prescriptions you take are still covered.

DISCONTINUED PLANS FOR 2019

The following health plans will be discontinued in 2019:

• Friday Silver Value
• Friday Silver Basic Value

If you have one of these plans, you must enroll in a new plan for 2019. Your plan will not renew in 2019. You can shop 2019 plans here or call our sales experts at 844-451-4444.
