Important Update on Blue Home with UNC Health Alliance in Person County

In Person County, ten primary care and specialty practices will be added to the Blue Home with UNC Health Alliance provider network, effective January 1, 2020.

Blue Home with UNC Health Alliance will include additional independent practices in Person County

That means convenient in-network access to North State Medical Center, Person Family Medical Center, Roxboro Medical Associates, Roxboro Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, as well as other primary care doctors and specialists (such as OB/GYNs, gastroenterologists, physical therapists, and orthopedic specialists).

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) and UNC Health Care are committed to offering the best possible coverage at the lowest possible price. We’re glad to partner with these additional practices, to expand our customers’ options for high-quality, in-network care.

Blue Cross NC wants to alert you about these new additions to help you make the best decision for 2020.

Our Find a Doctor tool may not be updated with these new additions until after open enrollment is over (December 15, 2019), so we want to let you know about this now.
