Speak with a mental health professional
Using our provider search, you can find psychiatrists, counselors, and psychologists in the mental health space. While it’s best to work with your primary care doctor to coordinate an appointment, you do not need a referral to set up a mental health visit.
While you do not need a referral, your mental health visit is considered a specialist visit. For many Friday plans, this means the cost of your visit will go toward your deductible. But be sure to review your plan details on your member portal before your visit.
Having trouble finding a doctor near you? Reach out to our customer service team and we’ll help find someone: 800-475-8466

*Not covered on Catastrophic or HSA Plans.
